I have worked for several companies in the transportation industry but I've never felt more at home, finally observe corporate support, & the excitement you receive from Vicky & Michele when you succeed. The type of atmosphere created at PEI by both Vicky and Michele only help a sales representative strive to be better. The support as an employee as well as a member of the PEI "Family" made the success I have found easier & less stressful in a very competitive industry.

What sold me on PEI is a multitude of things. Honestly, most appealing was the culture that Vicky and Michele had established. A company that performed as a Fortune 500 company with the culture of a small family business. Also the diversity of products offered. I do not know of many Logistics company's that can truly service and be price competitive on so many different modes of transportation. Lastly I would say the financial security of the business. Good credit and the integrity to make sure vendors are paid in a timely manner while also surveying risk with issuing credit to customers.

When I left FedEx Truckload Brokerage I looked at several companies to partner with. I chose PEI because they could offer me everything that the bigger companies could with a sense of family and partnership that is rare in today's business world. A company who invests in technology and is forward thinking in an ever changing industry was very important and I found that with PEI. I also am very proud of the fact the PEI is a woman owned company. Vicky and Michelle started the company with knowledge and drive and they maintain that attitude and it provides an energy that inspires me to go out and dominate in this business every single day!
